Shipping and Delivery

How can I track my order status?

Every order is shipped within 2-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

 

How long does delivery take?

Our standard shipping time is 10-25 days, depending on product. Everly and Me tries to offer the best pricing possible and sometimes ships direct from the manufacturer.  Items shipped direct from manufacturer can take a bit longer to ship.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@everlyandme.com.

 

I received only part of my order items.

Because Everly and Me attempts to offer the best prices for our items, there could be times when some items may ship directly from the manufacturer while others ship from our offices.  This means it is possible that your order may be split into different packages.

 

Can I change the shipping address after making an order?

Please send us an email request with  your updated details as we will do our best to make these changes for you. If the order has already been shipped there is no way to make the changes.

Can I get a refund on my order?

At Everly and Me our main priority is offering quality products to our customers. If your item arrives damaged we will provide a full refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel an order as long as it has not already started the shipping process and is within 48 hours of the original order.  Request cancellation by emailing info@everlyandme.com.

Caring for your items

We recommend hand washing or using delicate programs in your washing machine with low temperature to ensure the great quality of our Everly and Me products.
